Nordic bioeconomy recognition to Kemin Digipolis Oy and the Arctic Industry and Circular Economy cluster

The launch of the catalogue of 25 cases for sustainable change was announced in January 2017. The development concept Kemi-Tornio region’s Circular Economy Innovation Platform invented by Kemin Digipolis Oy was chosen as one of the Best Nordic Bioeconomy Cases selected by The Nordic Council of Ministers. The aim of the best cases catalogue is to show Nordic innovations that increase competiveness and create jobs in a resource efficient and sustainable way.

The Kemi-Tornio region in northern Finland has established an Arctic Industry and Circular Economy cluster to enhance industrial symbiosis and strengthen the development of a holistic bioeconomy in the region.
