Digipolis - Kemi Technology Park is a flexible, responsive, and modern development environment for companies. Digipolis is situated centrally along the coastline of the Bay of Bothnia - only a one-hour flight from Helsinki, an hour's drive from Oulu and a 20-minute drive from Sweden.

Digipolis is home to 54 different companies and organisations, which together employ 450 people (10/2016). The majority of the companies provide industrial services, or operate in the fields of electronics and ICT. The networks provide the expertise and training necessary to meet the different needs of a company. Furthermore, Lapland University of Applied Sciences and the Vocational College Lappia trains 1,500 students in a variety of fields.

New, modern facilities teamed with a comprehensive range of office services have been developed to correspond to the needs expressed by companies. The facility management services enable companies to focus entirely on their core business. Digipolis conference facilities offer the opportunity to organise distinguished events at premises that are located close to the company and at reasonable rental rates.

Even the smallest companies renting facilities from Digipolis have access to all of Digipolis' modern shared facilities. Rentals at Digipolis include heating, water and parking close to the property. Electricity used in the facilities and to heat car engines (winter) are invoiced separately according to the actual usage. Cleaning services are provided by the facility services of the City of Kemi.

If a company's activities do not require an actual office space, we offer the opportunity to rent virtual offices as well. A virtual office includes a postal address in Digipolis, company information on illuminated billboards and the opportunity to rent conference facilities at set rental rates.
