Research and Development services

Development activities at Digipolis are based primarily on company-oriented training, research and development, which Digipolis endeavours to implement as straightforwardly as possible through co-operation between various organisations. The goal and efficiency-oriented approach in R&D, and the pursuit to minimise the barriers between organisations has led to the establishment of, for example, Digipolis Research. Digipolis Research provides an agreement-based model for operations, rather than being a juridical entity. The agreement has been signed jointly by Kemi-Tornio University of Applied Sciences, University of Oulu, and VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland.
